My mom sang in a church choir when she was pregnant with me, and she has said that I'd respond to the Hallelujah Chorus when they sang it.

So it's that, as far as I know. Otherwise I have no idea - I've always enjoyed music.

I actually remember hearing Enter Sandman long before MoP, but I didn't really think much of it like I did MoP. I thought it was okay but I didn't really have a strong idea of how popular Metallica is, so it was just another song to me.

i think the black album (Enter Sandman) was Metallica's first non-thrash metal album. then came Load, haircuts and other changes...

Heard some kids talking about it at school, decided to turn on MTV to see if I could find it, and it happened to be the first music video I saw. Funny enough, the second one was 1979 by The Smashing Pumpkins who instantly became one of my favorite bands.

That's an insanely difficult question... but I'd say it would have been Alestorm's 'The Sunk'n Norwegian.' It was just that different that I realised music could do incredible things.
