Holy fucking fuck. Best episode ever. I... um... I'm speechless.

They gave my boy Vegeta the win. Vegeta fucking wrecked God of Destruction Toppo. And we got to see perhaps my favorite DBZ scene again!

But I have to admit, I squealed like a little girl at 127's preview. 17 fucking standing up to Jiren?! He's definitely my favorite character this arc, followed closely by Vegeta.

Vegito became a LOCK today.

The only reason to destroy Vegeta's armor is so they can once again give him the exact same clothes, just like Merged Zamasu destroyed it immediately before they fused.

Also I love how they had Frieza for everything. We didn't see him in the preview for this episode, but he came through yet again. And now we didn't see him in the end of the episode nor in next week's preview.

This episode again felt like Z.

They've had a really good string the last 8 or so honestly of episodes. This might be the best, which is impressive cause last week I thought was the best. If they are going out, it appears they are wanting to leave with a bang.

Honestly my favorite point might have been Frieza doing to Toppo what Trunks did to him. Awesome.

And Vegeta just got his Crowning Moment of Awesome. No tricks, no nothibg, he just straight beat one on one a God of Destruction.

I marked for the Final Explosion like a school girl. It was the ONE thing in DB/Z I thought there was no way Super could bring back and they did.

As for next episode.

I think the final barrier is going to be a plan to hold off Jiren enough time that Vegeta and Goku can either dance or Portara. Nothing else really makes sense from what we've seen and know. Giving Vegeta and Goku a couple more seconds doesn't change anything for anything else. Unless Vegeta gets the Gamma Burst Flash from the manga. But I can't imagine that is stronger than Final Explosion.

UI SSJB2 Vegito would sell a ton of merch. Lol.

They could still go UI defense in Vegito, and the defense buff would be more than enough since Vegito's offensive stats are already beyond absurd.

I'm not saying I'm right dor aure, I just can't fathom any other reason for a final barrier.

And as of this moment I think he is stronger than Goku UI. It won't last (obviously) but from
Feats we've seen Goku hasn't done anything close to this.

I mean, this is EASILY the single biggest feat in the entire DB series to this point.

And 17 and (probably) Frieza are still in. If 17 wasn't already my favorite character, he's certainly top 3 now.

Sad that this will probably end in a Goku/Vegeta fusion, I was really hoping they'd find a way to win together without fusing. Like both unlocking UI and teaming up to beat Jiren would be totally cooler.

This was so satisfying. Vegeta legit the greatest. Hype Man Piccolo promoting Vegeta to the moon. 17 still amazing as always and so so so happy he's still around to face the final boss. This is just too good.

... Vegeta taking out Toppo isn't the huge bombshell stunning victory to me it seems to be to others. Vegeta always seemed ahead of Toppo so it's just not a big deal to me.

Probably enjoyed Vegeta being the star of the U6-U7 Tournament more since at least Vegeta actually... fought. With major screentime focus.

Regular "Justice" Toppo wss giving SSB Vegeta a hard time, from what I remember. And this Toppo was on a whole other level of power.

Giving him a hard time sure, but I always saw Vegeta on top of that matchup - and Toppo gaining GoD power was just him playing catchup to Vegeta who already gained SSB2.

As much as this has been the Goku Show, I don't think anybody was expecting him to get Toppo.

Toppo's plans were foiled by a rock. And he doesn't bother to finish the job, which then bites him in the ass as of course Frieza interrupts his fight again as he already did last episode.

TBH Jiren is slipping more and more down the respect chart for me. Dude has so much power and is chastising toppo when he could have just gone full throttle from the start and probably just won the tournament single-handedly. Talking down to Toppo shows me that Jiren is just flat-out conceited. He holds his power back not for some noble reason, or to get a good fight out of people, but because he deems everyone around him unworthy of it. He's just a prick. Maybe that's what people think is badass about him, but it's just not for me.

Poor toppo was in a no win situation, if he hadn't used his transformation then belmod and co would have been *****ing at him for not using his true power and getting eliminated when he could have done more. I'm glad vegeta's come so far to use others as his motivation, but really, what exactly did toppo "throw away" besides cheesy poses? "Justice" in this situation is nothing more than a platitude. He used his full power to try and save his universe, I'm not really sure where vegeta gets off calling him a loser considering he's thrown away his ideals to save his loved ones once before. If anything I'd have thought vegeta would be the one guy who gets it. I mean I get it, it's the awesome vegeta moment everyone's been waiting for, but just from a character standpoint I didn't really enjoy this episode so much.

Tl;dr Jiren's an ass, toppo got a raw deal
