I watch it in the sense that I count calories, but as far as if I get my calories from plain brown rice or a meat lover's pizza I don't really care.

At 34 years old, 5'-6" tall, weighing bout 200 lbs, and seeing my cholesterol and A1C on the high side, I need to be mindful of what I eat. One of my fellow Scout leaders lives an active life in his 20-30's but had a heart attack in his late 30's. He said he made some mistakes in his youth but I didn't ask him the details. Hearing him talk about how scared he was to leave his wife and sons fatherless though does kinda bring things into perspective. Seeing my own aunts and uncles regularly taking pills for their cholesterol and diabetes is also discouraging.
