1. over-the-ear is really tough for working out, you need something with decent clamping force
2. the criteria you have laid out is one of the rarest use-cases for these kinds of headphones, so finding the ideal one isn't easy 3. i don't recommend skullcandy often because they make a lot of shit. fortunately, the one i'm going to rec now is not one of them https://www.amazon.com/Skullcandy-Bluetooth-Headphones-Microphone-Rechargeable/dp/B00NCSIN4W/ Those are on sale for $50, and their average price is $72, so they're a great buy if you have the money. Good base, good clamping force, good customer support if they break. A lot of people say they work great for working out. addendum: the cups in the hesh may not be over-ear if you have a large head/large ears.
