Anyway they immediately believed me - they could tell he was very intoxicated and I was not and also very calm - and suggested I find a place to stay for the night to de-escalate the situation. They also noted since I have been there for two months even if he owns the property he has to go down to the clerks to get me evicted. My sister got involved and long story short he got more whiskey and he is now docile.
