Unless the people there are so desperate to be rid of the stale stench of ever-encroaching death they almost unanimously asked for it. What I thought would have been a good idea is to every so often make a new board that works like LUE, in that no new accounts can get in. Just to create some places that can't keep seeing a new influx of trolls and such, to create unique weird communities. LUE was originally sealed off to help with the board invasion problem.
