Any time you like, you can cause people around you to perform a musical number with an original song much like you'd see in a musical. People will act as they normally do (so guards will still stop you from robbing a bank and girls will turn you down), they will just sing and dance along with whatever they're doing. After the song ends, everyone goes back to normal and doesn't question what just happened.

Obviously the power. Get pulled over by the police, make the cop do this and drive away. Favorite sports team is about to lose, make the opposing teams players do this, like the goalie, or the guys defending. Could even use it to win bets and alter sporting events. You can earn the 50k so quickly with the power and continue to do so.

You are the only one that acknowledges it as anything out of the ordinary. Recording a performance of the cashier at the grocery store doing a magnificent song and dance number would be as interesting as a video of a cashier quietly scanning your items.
