President Obama made no mention of pardon until after Manning claimed to be trans. President Obama's entire cabinet disagreed with pardoning Manning, but Manning saw an opportunity to get a pardon.

Now prove it's legit. Provide one fucking piece of evidence to support your claim that Manning legitimately has a partially female brain.

Why does she still live as a woman today if it was all a ruse?

idk about all that. I know that there's very strong evidence that she's transgender but she denies it.
She's kind of famous for taking almost $200,000 from her parents and using it to start a failure of an animation studio. She later made a game studio and put out one terribly designed SJW garbage. After its release she was called out for going around various forums and discussion boards and on alts posting about how garbage the game was for the sake of trying to make people feel bad for her (she got found out by posting a hateful message on her actual account instead of the alt).

She claims she has multiple college degrees but does not.

She claims to have been homeless but there's no evidence of that, considering her parents are pretty well off and her husband's parents are pretty well off.

She became really famous in light of Gamergate, but in reality did a lot of provoking to add fuel to the fire. She also took a picture of a child on "that" spectrum and turned it into an anti-gamergate meme (her story on the origins of that change with the phases of the moon though). In general, she also has a tendency to automatically cite any form of disagreement with anything she says to be harassment and she liberally blocks users on twitter who even ask normal ass questions if she catches a hint of sarcasm or contempt in there.

Before her run for senate she was mostly just doing really shitty "lectures" that amount to nothing more than teenage high school girl rants about how men are bad because when they sneeze they sneeze in their hand and not on their sleeve and other such dumb nonsense (not THAT extreme, but close enough).
One of her first big proposals on Twitter after announcing her run for Senate - Blocking the government from weaponizing the moon, because they could put a cannon up there to launch moon rocks onto the earth and do a lot of damage.

TL;DR - At best a mentally unstable person who just needs some counseling and support, at worst an utter idiot who is drawing attention to famous causes for all the wrong reasons. I don't know how the hell people feel compelled to support her or donate to her cause.
