It has the D-pad on the correct side. Don't worry, they probably mirrored it for the pic or something.

Meh, I'd want something like the SNES classic with a ton of installed games... I already have a 64GB memory card full of PS1, PSP. and Vita games for my Vita, and it's really hard to top that.

you still have to track down old game boy cartridges. it would be better if this thing had every game boy game ever made, on a built in hard drive. I'd buy that

I just don't understand why they're using this awful blue, like the Game Boy Light. If they're going to use a colored light, it might as well be the classic Pea Green. If people like this thing, good for them, but GBA SP 101 is still my best bet. It's a shame the Micro had no backwards compatibility, because that screen looked awesome.

Ya, the micro was pretty good - the only real flaw was if you needed to use the L and R buttons often

About $4 on Amazon.

Damn I used to love my Gameboy SP. Far and away my favorite handheld (never had a ds). The final fantasy 4/6 ports were amazing. IMO probably the best versions of those games (next to BTB's Brave New World)

Keep in mind that they would have to get permission from a crap ton of companies to put every Gameboy game on there, this is why they can make replica hardware but they can't do something like the SNES mini. Wait for the Gameboy mini and you will likely get what you want, since Nintendo is likely to keep pumping out those systems.

It's not my Game Boy that's the problem.

It's the fact that most of my Game Boy games are dead now due to a dead internal battery.
