I already said multiple times that it's irrelevant so what does it even matter. Your country is stupid for having illegal weed in the first place, it should never be a factor whether or not he was high but you keep going back to this point

No you made a claim.and now you have to back it.

And idc what laws are stupid you can't be high and have a gun. Its common sense and it's the law

You never backed up any of your claims so why should I?

You proved he had weed in his system, which stays in your system for months, and that the cop claimed he smelled weed which neither proves that he was smoking it (could have been his "trashy girlfriend" you kept mentioning) nor that he was high at the time.

Innocent until proven guilty. Why is this such a difficult concept for you to comprehend?

I also reject your latter claim that this is common sense, because being high on marijuana should have no bearing on whether you can carry a gun. Everyone should be able to unless they harm someone and he never harmed someone. What exactly do you think a weed high is like? Do you get your knowledge from Reefer Madness? While I am neither a stoner nor a gun owner, I know enough to know that they're not mutually exclusive.

Except reaching for whst the cop thought to be a gun

First off, he wasn't. Second, it doesn't matter. Reaching for something should not be a reason to get killed.

If I see a cop reaching for something and shot him, I would likely be given the death penalty. So why should the reverse be okay?

1. Thats called hindsight
2. Yes it does matter if you reach for a gun. Lol

If a cop reached for his gun, I wouldn't be justified in killing him. If he pointed his gun at me, I wouldn't be justified in killing him either.

Shouldn't be true in reverse either.

Nobody should get killed until they actually hurt someone

Lmfao

Imagine thinking it's okay to kill a man who did nothing but sit in a chair.

Imagine thinking it's okay to kill a man who hurt precisely zero people.

Imagine thinking it's okay to kill a man who did not have any weapons on his person.

Imagine thinking it's okay to arm a policeman as well as we arm the United States military, but not enforce the same rules of engagement.

Imagine thinking it's okay to kill a man solely because he smoked pot.

I know nothing about the case, after reading every local news report on it....

Makes sense.

And, no - there isn't anything 'more' to it. A nonviolent, unarmed man was shot to death by a police officer with no physical provocation whatsoever. Anyone who respects individual freedom and limited government should have a problem with that.

Being high isn't a capital crime.

Makes sense why you didnt know they had 6 grams of pot in the car.

I have no problem with a cop shooting a man who wasnt following orders and may have been reaching for his gun that he was carrying illegally

If there was 6 ounces of pot in the car, why was Castille's girlfriend never arrested? Why was it not offered as evidence in the trial?

I've been to court enough times to know that when you say anything that contradicts something a cop said, the judge automatically concludes that you're a liar.

That is because the judge and cop work together. The cop is actually the judge's lackey.

This is conflict of interest. How can the judge be a 3rd party arbitraitor when he is working for the interests of the state and the cop who is the one against you also works for the state.

The means an agent of the state has taken you to court and another agent of the state judges you.

This is why you can rarely win a case of speeding ticket. Also this is the argument certain people make that can actually work or get your contempt of court.

My argument has always been what does it matter what his levels were at. Weed should never be a reason to kill someone. People on weed are not more likely to be dangerous. It doesn't make you lose inhibition like alcohol does. It makes you more passive, which is the opposite of making him want to grab his gun and shoot someone.

Why would he be reaching for the gun? That's illogical. Logically he was obviously reaching for his license which he was told to get. If he even was reaching for something. I reviewed the footage and he clearly said he wasn't reaching right before the cop shot him

What is the legal basis for allowing police officers in the United states more leeway to use deadly force than the military or private citizens?

There isn't. Join the military. And then become a cop.

We've already had this discussion, dude. You don't even know what the rules are.

Soldiers and Marines need to witness a hostile act to fire. Cops don't.

Crab why are you bothering with this. I explained this situation to that guy, from a legal perspective, and he's still arguing "why would he do that" and hindsight. You're wasting your time

Completely irrelevant.

You think RoE is irrelevant when discussing a police officer killing a non-violent, unarmed man with no criminal history whatsoever?

You're unfortunately right. But it was fun to constantly crap on his reasons and watch him make a fool out of himself.

Also @darkjedilink you're just not going to post a source? So we can throw out your claim that he had low THC levels
