I don't know what the standards are for Chinese animes, but they seem to be 15 minute episodes both with an ending and opening song longer than the Japanese standard of 1 minute 30 seconds. The subber of those shows has really bad grammer. I don't know if that's a translator thing or if that's just how Chinese translates.
