I'm sick rn

I got Uncharted Lost Legacy for Christmas. So I was gonna play it tonight. Started up my PS4, put the disc in, and... well, there wasn't much of a wait time on the install. Which seemed weird. Waited for the update file, and then tried to start the game. Took FOREVER for the PS4 theme music to stop playing and for the game to actually load. I was looking at Chloe's and Nadine's faces for a few minutes while the console tried its best to get things started.

Finally got it going and... the first cutscene had no voiceover. I first though the cutscene was just like that to make you focus on the visuals, but it went on way too long. So I checked a youtube video and yeah, my game bugged out. Replayed the cutscene and the audio was normal.

Then, the next cutscene, Chloe started moving really weird. Every time the camera cut off Chloe and then back to her, her character model would be in the wrong pose or wrong spot for a quick second or two and then suddenly jolt back into its normal spot. This all seemed a bit weird so I ejected the disc (which also took forever, this entire thing made my PS4 act weird as fuck), then I deleted all the save data/application data for the game, and restarted my console. Put the game back in, tried again, and everything seemed fine. Until the console told me the disc couldn't be read :/

Okay. Fine. I had to restart the console again to take the disc out (the PS4 stopped even recognizing that a disc was in the console) and then I put it back in. Wouldn't hardly even start this time, the disc just wouldn't be read. So, to make sure it wasn't my PS4, I stuck Killzone Shadow Fall in there, a game I haven't played in probably over a year. System loaded it just fine, ran it for 15 minutes and no issues.

Poo. I was gonna at least enjoy tonight being able to play a new Uncharted game but now I get to just be sick playing something else :/

Has anyone else had their PS4 act weird as fuck after a disc is screwed up like this? Cause really, my PS4 was acting weird as fuck.

Might be the disc reader going. Try another game.

I realized the disc reader was going on my PS3 while playing Uncharted 3. In other games the discs were starting to skip and glitch just a bit, but in Uncharted 3 I was getting entire cutscenes with no dialogue and objects that wouldn't load properly as large as entire fucking buildings. It has now deteriorated to the point where it doesn't recognize DVDs. I should get it fixed at some point.
