suspensions start at 3 days, and get longer each time, up to 1 year.
evading a suspension is an automatic ban for the alt, and a new suspension to the original account.

new forum - moderator help desks. where each moderator has exactly one active thread, no user made threads. users can post to those threads to discuss active moderations, or potential future moderations. what's acceptable, and what's not. and why.

all moderations are explained, in the place of the moderated post and signed by the acting mod. further discussion is to take place in the mod's help desk.

trolling and offensive rules more strictly enforced, and much better explained.

The biggest problem with moderations is that it is not consistent. I honestly do not believe that all or even most mods are corrupt. There are a few that moderate based on their personal opinion or based upon who is being attacked rather than if there is simply a violation. Getting rid of anonymity will, at the very least, give some argument for users that are consistently harassed by corrupt moderators that are abusing their power.
