Here they are

Doctor Zhivago (1965)
The Birth of a Nation (1915)
From Here to Eternity (1953)
Amadeus (1984)
All Quiet on the Western Front (1930)
The Third Man (1949)
Fantasia (1940)
Rebel Without a Cause (1955)
Stagecoach (1939)
Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977)
The Manchurian Candidate (1962)
An American in Paris (1951)
Wuthering Heights (1939)
Dances with Wolves (1990)
Giant (1956)
Fargo (1996)
Mutiny on the Bounty (1935)
Frankenstein (1931)
Patton (1970)
The Jazz Singer (1927)
My Fair Lady (1964)
A Place in the Sun (1951)
Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (1967)

I agree with nearly all of these removals (that I've seen). I'd have to go with Fargo. Maybe it got removed in response to its placement a little too early, but it is basically flawless as a film and the best movie the Coen Brothers ever made.

Rebel Without a Cause

I'm not even the biggest fan of the film, but it defined a generation.

I agree with most of those, though I could see why others wouldnt. Personally, I'm pretty sure whatever the replacement movies are I could find one worse than Dances With Wolves.

Amadeus (1984)

Fantastic film. Shame to see it go.

Fantasia (1940)

While I love some of its segments, I can understand taking it out.

Frankenstein (1931)

Not sure why they'd take this out. Meh. Granted, Bride was better.

I think Patton would be a close second for me. It is an excellent biopic, maybe too rosy but it never falls off into hagiography.

What, did they have to make room for "Moonlight" and "La La Land" or some shit?
