December salary actions came in, I got a 4.5% increase. Feels good man. At this stage it's a sizable move up, consistent with the rate I was seeing early in my career.

I got like a $3,000 raise this year.

I took more college courses which pumped me up to a new pay level, also the jump on my salary schedule for seniority was bigger than normal this year.

I probably won't get another raise this big for awhile.

Once you're over six figures raises really start to become noticeable so don't give up.

Raise was good bonus was good.

Next move is management but not sure if I want to give up my gig for that.

Management comes with a car allowance and significant increase in bonus so.... Idk

2 dollars, which is 4k ish for the year assuming 40 hours a week. 6k next year, then 10 and i top out my hourly. then a 5k bonus the following year and every year after and I'm legit 100% topped out assuming I stay that long.

I negotiated with the Partner of my firm. I gave up my raise for the next 4 years and instead will get paid overtime and 5 more days of PTO.

Oh yeah, I might possibly get a $15,000 raise tomorrow. Two management positions are opening up and I'm the most qualified and tenured assistant manager available.

But they've made really shitty decisions in the past like hiring someone from outside instead of promoting people so who knows.

I had a dollar fifty raise earlier this year. Profit sharing in February should be very good as well.
