Best is harder. Not sure I can give a definitive order. Some contenders in order of airing:
Live Together, Die Alone, Flashes Before Your Eyes, Through the Looking Glass, The Constant, The Incident

Also Across the Sea is way worse than the other bad episodes because it's super relevant to the plot. It completely ruins Jacob and makes you wonder why you shouldn't just be rooting for the Man in Black.

Across the Sea was the moment I realized Lost wasn't going to end in a satisfactory manner. Up until that episode I was able to delude myself. It's easily the worst

Everyone already mentioned the worst 3. Seems to be near unanimous throughout the Lost community.

Best episodes: The Constant, Walkabout, and 3rd slot is tougher to really say. Could be Live Together, Die Alone. Deus Ex Machina was also great. Flashes Before Your Eyes. Basically anything with Locke and Desmond as the focus.

Best: So many.... my choices are probably Walkabout, The Brig, and Through the Looking Glass

The Constant is pretty constantly called one of the best.

Stranger in a Strange Land is the worst for sure. Honorable mentions: Across the Sea, Whatever the Case May Be (FUCK THIS EPISODE)

Best episodes are The Constant, Through the Looking Glass and, honestly, Exodus is damn good. Honorable mention to Walkabout which was the first really tightly written episode with a great hook.

Oh wait, S6 is "Gives zero fucks Jack" right? That's best Jack so okay there's one.

Season 6 shafted a bunch of the characters but Jack's development was incredibly satisfying.

I had a perfectly good time with the last season, apart from the general issue of the entire story of the entire fucking thing going completely off the rails. And yeah, it was the first time in the show I actually liked Jack.

But they just went with it and it was fine. I didn't even hate Across the Sea - I only put it in my first post here because everyone else seems to revile it so much (but I genuinely did dislike F+W and SIASL).

The Lost episode that made me the most angry was probably the first one after Locke and Boone find the hatch because I was like "where's the HATCH god damnit that's what I'm interested in". I just remember being really irritated that week. But I was like 14, so

Jack, "Ab Aeterno", and "Happily Ever After" (and arguably "Recon") are all good things in season 6 by most objective measures
