I recently applied at an old job.
I was brutally honest and wrote the reasons why I was leaving on the resignation form. Basically I said I wasn't getting paid enough for the amount of work I was doing, new management was bad, and how they didn't even take our suggestions and ideas into consideration. I did plan on working there ever again, but after working a few different jobs I wouldn't mind going back there because I did my job very well and I really liked it. I should note that about a year I quit, I applied for a different position and I was interviewed. After all, I am still eligible for rehire as far as I know (that's why I was interviewed that one time). I don't think there should be any issues. --- #pipebomb_phil http://i.imgur.com/atWQoAs.gif ... Copied to Clipboard!

Never even risk burning bridges like that. Next time give benign reasons for quitting.
