They have these barriers at the Chase in my neighborhood, which is one of the safest and wealthiest in the country. I never once thought I was being treated as a criminal. Again, this isn't a vacuum. If you stop treating people like potential criminals, they'll start treating you better. Take down the bulletproof glass, stop throwing them in jail for drugs, stop pulling them over without a valid reason, and the situation will improve
