I've notice this is only done by Women in the Western world (Usa,Canada,UK,Australia and etc), but when i talk to women in Russia i always get nice and well though out responses and they dont pretend to be "busy" ir play other childish games while texting, so why is it that western women just cant be mature adults?

I mean I havent had a ton of experience with women "pretending to be busy" since I was in high school where the women are actually girls and act like it.

Sometimes the women I text dont respond right away but they get back to me when they can.

That being said, I do know that it happens at least sometimes... but again thats mostly with younger girls so if you are having that problem you should probably stop wasting time texting immature women

Those are just people that were killed... I've seen some pretty bad reactions to rejection that weren't life threatening but were certainly threatening. I don't blame anyone for being cautious.

It's not just texting. They actively resent any interaction in public unless they deem you somehow worthy. It's based on some kind of caste system that they rank males on.

An outright no is rude though, and personal experience has taught me to mitigate rejection with an excuse. Being stalked isn't fun.

You list English speaking countries. That's not the whole western world. People in some other western countries are much more direct and will just give you "no" for an answer.

The girls that are "busy" clearly enjoy their cellphone game more than your company. That should be a hint that they're not interested in a conversation. They'd rather not be impolite and say "no" so they pretend to be "busy". That or they play hard to get, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Note that women use a lot more non verbal communication than men, and (if they're young) just don't understand how (a lot of men) just don't understand most non verbal communicaton.

Giving Russian girls as an example is weird. Girls are a russian export product. Ever since WW2 there are more females than males in Russia. And a lot of men are poor and/or addicted. Girls from Russia, or Thailand or The Phillipines are much more inclined to make smalltalk to western (meaning probably rich) people.

I ask him for the reason then lend him my phone? He's probably desperate for a call or something if he asks strangers. I've lended my phone to people on the street to make a short call before. I've even asked someone on the street to use his phone a couple of years ago. Which was no problem.

There's just something about English I can't quite explain. It's a strange language, definitely not as direct as some other languages.
