I used a light bow that gives you health on hit. It's a rare item but helps a lot. With Qetesh & Resheph it's best to try and keep them at the same health too as one will become more aggressive if you kill it's buddy. I normally would pelt one with arrows then when my adrenaline fills up hit the other with my special attack.
