Eating any kind of oil isn't healthy if you're consuming an excess of calories. I had a required nutrition course to get my culinary degree but I hardly needed to take a class to have the common sense to recognize that an abundance of calories leads to the body storing fat.

Explain again how organic or natural food magically supplies you with more calories than some processed crap with enriched flour and added sugars.

I'll say a few things to start. First thing I have are a few questions for you. Have you been losing weight? Have you been keeping track of measurements such as your waist size and body weight regularly? Where did you start and where are you at now? Please describe your current diet and exercise program, briefly.

Once you tell me these things I think there will be a better basis to make suggestions and determine where you might be going wrong in your approach. Thanks!


I haven't really been keeping track of my weight haha, but from what I know it seems I'm only gaining it :p I'm about 190~ pounds last I check.
Haven't been keeping measurements, I've only been eyeballing it mostly. The closest I've got to measurements was noticing certain clothes I wear don't fit me anymore. My pants waist size is about 36 right now.

I started doing this in the middle of March this year,
I mostly do sit ups, reverse knee touch sit ups, don't know the proper name for them :v
never really had a proper diet out side of sugar cutting and calorie counting
