the majority of Filipinos support his actions. It's somewhat understandable given the severity of drug problem in the country but it's pretty ridiculous how supporters are even going to the extent of denying or dismissing actions like these. When foreign media reports badly on Duterte, you have heaps of pinoys dishing on the media instead

They at least pretend like it was an accident. From what I hear, these cops actually on purpose go out each day looking for people to kill and they don't even deny it

I've read about him before, Rodrigo Duterte is basically the Punisher, while serving as mayor he got a call from a local bar about a filthy gaijin smoking in his city (it's illegal in the city), so he drove all the way to the bar and shoved it down his throat.

He was also known for murdering drug smugglers and pushers.
