To outsiders, it's a self help improvement group offering classes to teach answers to living a successful life..but ex members said it was a cult lead by Keith Rainere Frank Parlato, a former spokesman said Allison Mack, an "Emmy Award Winning Actress" was a key recruiter for them. He was fired after he was investigating the financial records. He said that Allison created DOS with the intention of turning it into a worldwide organization that would be a "force for good and a female force against evil" In order to join, new members must turn over damning personal information as a show of trust but ex memberrs say it's used to keep members from speaking out about the horrifying reality of the roup. DOS is a master-slave hierarchy with Raniere at the Top and Allison as his subordinate. Allison also had Slaves of her own who are offered to recruit a group of slaves themselves and spreads down like a pyramid scheme Women are kept at a 500-800 day diet because Raniere likes thin women and fat "interferes" with his "energy levels" Slaves answers to their masters and if they don't recruit enough people, they are beaten with a PADDLE on their butts. Allison was the one who introduced this concept!! Women who are worthy are then ordered to strip at an initiation ceremony and branded with a SYMBOL that includes Raniere's and Mack's symbols..
