Wisconsin has no power to leapfrog Notre Dame, Clemson, or Oklahoma if all of those teams run the table. Wisconsin's hypothetical Big Ten championship game gives them no extra leg up over Clemson or Oklahoma who would play similar-strength championship games themselves (if not possibly better ones), and it's not enough to put them over Notre Dame because Notre Dame's schedule is so hilariously good and their only loss is to another playoff contender when Wisconsin hasn't even played anyone in the top 25

Yeah, I didn't actually look at the missing games. I just remembered a bunch of teams losing out on their cupcakes and assumed it was that scenario.

I'd probably switch Wisconsin and TCU there; the Horned Frogs were already ahead of the Badgers last week and played a superior opponent.

Is Northwestern really the best they've got for #25? The close wins over Iowa and Michigan State are nice, but they've won three straight OT games now while one of their losses was getting completely dismantled by Duke and their blowout at the hands of Penn State got worse while their win over Iowa got better. There's gotta be someone better.
