49 y/o Freak, Mark Mesiti from Modesto, California plead guilty to drugging, raping and murdering his 14 y/o DAUGHTER and now wants to RESCIND his plea and ask to face trial!!

He asked the judge to reverse his guilty pleas to 49 felony counts in the death of his daughter, Alycia Allen-Mesiti in 2006.

He plead guilty to each of the counts one by one earlier this month to avoid the death sentence but now seems eager to face a jury in the shocking murder.

Alycia's great aunt, Roberta Fitzpatrick said 'He uses the system to torture us. Mark is disgusting"

Mark ran a METH LAB when he gained custody of his daughter and son in 2005

Over several months he drugged his daughter and FILMED it while he molested and sedated her over 40 times.

Alycia went missing in August 2006 and it is believed she died around that time. She died of acute drug intoxication as tests showed she had opiates, morphine, amphetamine, metamphetamine, benzodiazepines, diazepam, methadone and anti-depressants in her system.

He said she went camping with friends and never returned as her body was found 3 years later, buried in the backyard of her his rental home.

A search warrant was carried out at his Los Angeles apartment and found he was cooking meth there. The murder trial dragged on for years before as he was first tried on drug charges before the shocking murder was revealed.

The jury was shown 100 child porn images found on his computer, including 54 between Alycia and Mark. He also plead guilty to sexually assaulting 2 other girls, an 8 y/o who lived at his apartment and a teen he befriended who was 16 at the time.

He also hid cameras in the 8 y/o victim's bedroom. The prosecutor was going to show 1700 child porn images and videos on his computer before he plead guilty

Roberta said he admitted to the charges to spare family from 3 more months of disturbing testimony as prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. He was to get a life sentence without parole on November 28th..

Now with his rescinding, it's unclear if the judge will allow it. He would have to demonstrate good cause in order for the judge to rescind the plea.

Questions are raised over child custody cases after he was awarded custody of his kids despite having state and federal charges including bank fraud and drunk driving with a domestic violence record

Alycia was alive for only 9 months after living with him...

Life without parole is fine. I'm sure he'll suffer more than enough in prison, we don't need to resort to the barbarism of the death penalty although, given the horrid nature of his crimes, I can certainly see people wanting it.

Torture is a little hyperbolic, don't you think? It's an American prison, not a third-world shithole where rich people can pay to hunt the inmates for sport.
