The awful thing about the Yankees is that they have so much young talent and are going to be good for a long time. It's not like past years when it was annoying how they'd always be in the playoffs but were trotting out washed-up Jeter, Posada etc. and a bunch of (eventually) overpaid free agent signings. Well, I guess maybe this is what it was like in the late 90's/early 00's, I didn't watch baseball then

Another great baseball moment in the ninth. Puig absolutely destroyed a ball off the wall in left center. They just said 107 MPH exit velocity and it hit the ivy on the fly. Then he got thrown out at second because he hit it too hard and because Javy Baez is too quick with the tag and then Baez wagged his finger in his face. It was a very exciting four seconds.
