I can easily do double that. But since some say you should be able to bench your own weight, that is not so much a feat as I should be benching triple that.

I'm pretty strong now. When I'm on a steroid cycle, I could do a max weight (that I tried) of 225 lbs. Otherwise, off cycle, I usually do 165 lbs. Off cycle is the worst and testosterone is legit one of the most psychologically addictive substances I've taken. Sucks to lose all the weight and not feel "hard" 24-7. Getting back Oct 25.
