I can easily do double that. But since some say you should be able to bench your own weight, that is not so much a feat as I should be benching triple that.

That's...ridiculously low. Most people can do that. Last time I tried, I maxed at 60 reps of it, but I'm not sure how I'd do now. Probably 45 or 50.

When I first started working out, I would be able to do 8 but it would be a struggle.

I'm pretty strong now. When I'm on a steroid cycle, I could do a max weight (that I tried) of 225 lbs. Otherwise, off cycle, I usually do 165 lbs.

Off cycle is the worst and testosterone is legit one of the most psychologically addictive substances I've taken. Sucks to lose all the weight and not feel "hard" 24-7.

Getting back Oct 25. Super excited. Willing to risk my permanent health for 2 months of being swollen. Brother.

Hmm.

First, makes me feel really good. You feel hard. You gain 15 pounds of lean mass. Your sex drive is insane. You are more assertive. Manly. Girls are drawn to you etc. It feels good basically.

And truthfully, insecurity. I believe insecurity is a driving force behind much of societies actions. I have a co-worker that injects all these crazy things into her face to look younger. Why? Insecurity.

Society leads us into believing women desire muscular men. Men desire youthful women.

I'm smart with it though. I don't know how familiar you are with this but I'm sticking with only testosterone enanthate and low doses. This has a low side effect profile. I don't mess with dianabol, deca, anavar, etc. Those could do some damage if abused.

If I had to give weight by experience Id say its:
Up to 135-Beginner
Up to 225-Intermediate
Up to 315-Advanced.

135 is 100% beginner weight. Basically Id say you reach a new tier as you add a 45 per side.

Its called a burn out set or doing reps to failure. Plenty of people do low weight sets to failure.

Yes, the bar is only 45 pounds but benching it uses muscles that most people do not use regularly. And while most people can lift the bar, doing 3 sets of 10 is something that beginners will struggle with.

Maybe you just have a bonkers idea of what a beginner is. Someone who can bench 135 has been lifting for at least a few months.

Someone that's like 200 pounds can bench that much easier.

This is why 135 means different things to different people. For a person with average body weight and normally-sized arms, 135 is not impressive.

However, if you're skinny and have long, thin arms, 135 is significantly harder.
