One day you are made leader of your country. A short while later, one of your advisors approaches you with a proposal.

They propose a non-voluntary program be implemented at all schools in the nation. At the end of the final year, those students found to have the highest 1% of marks across the country - in academics, the arts, and/or physical achievements - will have a sample of their sperm or eggs taken via a new form of surgery that is non-invasive, painless, and completely without risk to their health. These will be screened for any genetic diseases and all that pass will be used for breeding purposes, with each sample being used to create ten children. Parental records will be kept in the form of unique ID codes to prevent inbreeding, but beyond that the donors will remain anonymous. The resulting children will be adopted out after birth and raised by families within the country - the advisor has already confirmed there are more than enough willing adoptive homes to accommodate the program.

Opinion on the program is sharply divided. Critics say it smacks of eugenics and ubermensch fantasies, while proponents claim that because no one is being restricted or denied their right to have children, it is not harmful and is a positive way to supplant the natural birthrate and improve the number of high-skill workers available to the country.

I would make it voluntary and provide incentives for participation: give them a few bucks for their trouble, and have a national holiday honoring them.

I'm fine with that.

this if its voluntary i'd be fine with it, other than overpopulation being a issue I see with this world. id also want an incentive given to people to not have as many kids. nothing forced just an incentive.

Parental academic performance has low bearing on the academic performance of the child. This would be useless and serves only as an ideological fantasy for eugenicists.

Only if I get the following input:

- The children are raised by the government in quarantined facilities
- The children are trained physically and mentally in an array of disciplines
- The children are to be completely loyal to the government

The children then grow up to become a supersoldier army, which I will conquer other countries with.

I then get to be the emperor of the whole world.
