well, the really big drop starts when you stop being a kid and take on responsibles

but yeah the second one seems to roughly be around that age, though I'm not sure how relevant it is (it holds for people without kids, too)

basically the age you need to keep working to pay the bills...

but you are really too old to be working tbh and have health issues so your stress piles up


then when you retire as an old man it drops because you aren't working anymore
