I know this is a controversial opinion but I think all men should have to pay a tax that goes to all women to help with raising children.
If a man is already paying child support he would be exempt from the tax.
I see it all too often men who have no responsibilities who spend all their money on themselves. Meanwhile there are many single moms out there who have to raise children all by themselves working two or more jobs just to keep food on the table. While these men just go and buy video games or do whatever it is they do.
Don't even get me started on the pink tax.
The fact is that men earn more than women yet do not have the same responsibilities as women.
So why shouldn't these men have to pay a 10% income tax that would be redistributed to all women to help counteract the wage gap and to help women provide for their children.
It only makes sense.

It takes two people to make a child yet all the responsibility to raise the child is on the woman oftentimes with no support from the man.
Many men are also removing themselves from society this would help counter act that by using their income to help society.

Where I live, men have mandatory military service for 2 years while women do nothing corresponding to that.

Men who pay child support are exempt because they already pay a substantial amount of income to raise a child and they have not walked out since they are paying child support.
This tax will prevent men from avoiding the responsibility of raising a child since it is automatically taken out of income.
This goes to all women because it is a saftey net for women and would encourage women to have children since they know if they have a child they would have a financial saftey net to back them up once again giving women power and not being tied to a man for financial support.

So my reward for being smart enough to not have a kid I don't want, can't afford, and wouldn't treat well is to have my lower income wages taxed extra to help people that fucked up in that regard? Another step to voting right.

As for my "contributing to society" my job is at a place providing care for the developmentally disabled, and I regularly volunteer fundraise for organizations that provide aid for medical care / research for conditions lie diabetes, kidney troubles and blindness. What do you do?
