Bought a Nintendo Switch game.

The title of the listing was "NICE CONDITION!!! Puyo Puyo Tetris case Nintendo Switch (Nintendo Switch, 2017)"

The description doesn't talk about the specific item I bought, just the general "we're all about customer satisfaction" mumbo jumbo.

I got the game today, and there's no game in the box. It does case "case" in the title, but does not say "no game included" anywhere in the listing at all.

This is a pretty obvious case of deception. Anyone selling only a case woul make that detail painfully clear. NO GAME CASE ONLY or something.

Also keep in mind the listing was $29.95, which almost full retail of the game. That obv means they were being deceitful, and I fell right into it

No offense but considering even if you got the game, you weren't get a deal on it in the first place, I don't understand why you'd order from ebay of all places

The game is $40 full retail. There was no better deal than that, had it come with the game that is lol

Ebay always sides with the buyer, doesn't matter if the seller specifically said it was a case because they were still selling it at retail price of the actual product.
