Yes No View Results 23 y/o Univeristy Student, Cameron Padgett is SUING Michigan State after it denied his request to rent space to invite white nationalist RICHARD SPENCER!! He attends Georgia State and tried to rent a room to give hate freak Spencer to spread his controversial views. When they denied, he was floured by the decision and is now suing for violation of free speech The East Lansing school said the decision was made " due to significant concerns about public safety" and cited the violence in Charlottesville. Now he's seeking DAMAGES and a preliminary injunction to prevent the school from denying him a platform He won legal battles to allow him to speak at universities before as he won a previous lawsuit against Auburn University in Alabama He won 29,000 in damages.. He also convinced the University of Florida to change its mind and allow him a platform to speak there which has yet to take place The lawsuit specifies that white nationalist Spencer not pay for police protection or insurance for the event, plus attorney fees of more than 75,000. Spencer said of Cameron that he is a "brave young man who has my full support". Spencer was scheduled to speak at a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville that left one person dead after James Alex Fields Jr from Ohio ran his car into a group of counter protesters. KStateKing17 09/04/17 8:44:43 PM #3:	I honestly don't see how the school would be in the wrong. His group has a lot of negativity surrounding it that constantly leads to violence and destruction.
