Ice Palace was next, since I had the fire rod. Got lost at some point but eventually found the Big Key and then led myself to Kholdstare, who dropped 1/4 magic. And more importantly... got the Lantern from a chest in there, so I can finally go do the Palace of Darkness (you have to navigate blind in some sections without the Lantern).

Wasn't completely sure about the Ocarina, now that I didn't have the Ice Rod or Ocarina to do either of the final dungeons and decided to check the item list of my run. Ocarina was in a spot I forgot about (Graveyard cliff that you have to Mirror from the Dark World), and I also saw where the Ice Rod is...

The Treasure Chest game in Dark World's Kakariko. At least it only took me one try. Lol this run.

In any case, Helmasaur dropped the 70 arrow upgrade, just have to find Silver Arrows eventually.

14 hearts (4 PoH sets, 7 containers). Should be able to finish this tomorrow.

EDIT: Oh, and got the bug catching net from the little side thing by the Misery Mire.

Cleared Turtle Rock. Still missing 1/2 magic, red tunic, mirror shield, and bug net (and some hearts and arrow upgrades). They're probably all in ganon's tower... unless I forgot to look somewhere.

LttP beaten. Never did find the red tunic, mirror shield, or bug net, and only got 18 of 20 hearts... but there's randomizers for you. (if you don't have it 100% memorized)

The 1/2 magic was in the absolute last chest I opened in the game (the one you hookshot yourself to in Ganon's tower after defeating Molderm)

The game gives a rundown of what chests (in dungeons) you missed. I neglected to open 4 chests in Ganon's tower, and neglected one chest in Thieves' town apparently. (and altogether got 201 of 216 item locations.)

That chest for me had Byrna. And Silver Arrows turned out to be exactly where they should be. Got lost in Turtle Rock for a moment trying to find a key I was missing but when I found it all was good.

In any case, beat Ganon, so that's the end for me. Ended with only 16 hearts (5 PoH sets, 8 containers). Wickle has beaten Link to the Past

Though... didn't check this. Whoops. Wish I did, I know I missed a few in Skull Dungeon and probably skipped some in Ganon's tower since the side you don't often have to go to.

In any case... Hopefully I can get SR2 done, but I dunno if I'm beating it this month either.

I did start Link to the Past, and I did almost everything that I thought I could in the light world before heading into Hyrule Castle for a second time. The only things that I know that I didn't finish were having max bomb and arrow capacity because I wasn't going to grind for rupees.

Hey, I'm new to this. I haven't posted yet, but I actually beat Link to the Past earlier this month independently so I went ahead and also did Mega Man 5.

Currently working on SR2. It's been a long time since I've played it. About 4% completion right now.

Played through Mega Man 5 a second time with a different random boss order. I finished in 53:03, which was 3:50 faster. Found some spots that I could just run through enemies, which I'm sure I'd have to do a lot more of to actually speed run. I wish I was quicker at killing some of the bosses in the latter stages though, I definitely could improve all those fights.

I like Mega Man games. Good pick nominating this game, Nee!!

What's your rule on a game's rating? There's technically something I want to nominate to troll a few people with, and want to force myself to do some achievements.

Granted, I'll probably save it for my bonus after Saints Row, I doubt I'll get that for this month but I should be able to finish it before the end of the month?
