The issues I'm having are as follows (not saying this is your fault, just what makes it hard to predict for me personally): We can only see the top 10 on the board, we don't have access to 1-32, only that they are projected 1st rders. This means it's possible that the one G who's projected 1st rd could be ranked 11th in actuality, or he could be ranked 20th. We have no idea past that top 10 who is going to be a reach. Like if I project G to go at 11, and he doesn't appear on the best available until like 20, then that's something that I whiffed on that I had really no way of knowing. Additionally, the 2 HB in the top 10 are problematic because HB by far is the deepest position in the league. I can kind of gather when a user team will decide it's worth taking one because it's just such good value, the problem comes with the AI teams who we can't see ages for their position players. We also can't determine when they will make a nonsensical pick and throw literally everything else off. The biggest thing I'm encountering though is that I don't know every team's preference for starting rookies. IE should I look at this pick as though they'll draft the most immediate need? Or should I look at it as though they'll draft A need and fix the more immediate one via free agency? This is where all the OTs become problematic because there are many teams that don't "need" an OT but could use one in the coming years, so do they utilize this deep OT draft and take one? Or do they possibly reach (which again no way of knowing at this point what's a reach and what isn't) and grab like the only WR or G on the board for the first rd at the time? This year I'd include HB and DE to that list. As for your first two points...I just kinda shrug my shoulders and go with it. Nothing I can do about it so not going to worry about it!
