LS Swaps in anything like that is a difficult job if it's even possible, since I know the MR2's weren't exactly known for their big engine bays. If you want an LS powered drag racer just get a cheap 98-02 Trans Am/Camaro. I have seen some people do some impressive work with those things, always so extensively modified there is barely anything original left on the cars, but pretty cool. You definitely want a good roll cage on those. If you just want a tuned up sports car getting a MR2 and doing some basic tuning should be enough.
