Also this, sorta. If a girl is attractive, single, and working fast food past 22-23ish then you gotta ask yourself why. Might not be a definite red flag, but still worth putting into consideration.

I think it's sweet. Maybe you can ask her out in the dining area, or in her break.

As for wanting to be with someone who works at a fast food place, a job is a job. I just got my first big girl job after graduating from college in the spring. Im still gonna keep my Old Navy job on weekends to help pay student loans, but will basically be working my new job. I'd hate that someone think poorly of me for working retail.

Retail is a little different than fast food. You don't stink like oil and shit when you leave, do you? You also (on average) make more money. A good retail person at a nice place can make enough to have a comfortable life, the same can't be said about fast food (maybe if we're talking management).

Well, you'd probably want to build a rapport first by getting friendly with her over multiple visits before suggesting meeting up some time (and the conversations will provide you with something to suggest doing... other than her).

All I know is that I know someone that got flowers at work and they thought it was really sweet. Not creepy or inappropriate or anything.
