So, I'm buying stuff from wawa, my total comes to $8.77, and this fucker only gives me one dollar! Like, bro where's my 33 cents? Ohoho man, I have a constant fear of holding up lines so I didn't want to be that asshole who holds the line up and plus there was a veteran right behind me, but son, where's my goddamn 33 cents? Might have to go back there and ask for it. so mad u___u

@ZiggiStardust: i'm a customer service associate at one. it's basically a convenience store which can be stand alone, or sell fuel. think along the lines of royal farms, sheetz, a-plus, etc

and as for the 33 cents, I wouldn't worry about it, it was probably going to be donated anyway

It was in the little cup off the output of the machine. Everyone knows that's where you get your change at wawa. If you failed to grab it, the cashier probably didn't even notice. It ended up in the pocket of the next person who paid cash.

I can confirm that the change dispenser is attached to the register, and the little cup is quite visible under it. and i'd feel fine losing thirty-three cents, as I have much more than that in my bank account, and it made the next persons day to get extra change :D

Nope. It's always directly to your immediate left or right and makes a audible sound of change. Now, given you had no idea it existed and the audible sound of change wasn't enough of a clue, or that the cashier only handed you bills and your inability to ask, "Where's the rest of the change?", wherein the cashier would have certainly directed you to the apparent and obvious change dispensing machine, it's still your fault.

Sorry bud. Thems the brakes. Someone got 21 cents richer. I hope it made their day.

Not all Wawa locations have automatic dispensers, I went to a really Podunk rundown Wawa near Virginia Beach a few weeks ago and they didn't have one
