I took lithium when I wasn't on weed. I took 20+ meds before being prescribed medical cannabis and before ever even trying it. A case that has yet to go to trial that that judge is not the judge handling. Which is why it is not on him to make any orders like that, that should be left to the trial judge for the relevant case in the higher court. The judge that did that does not deal with felonies. That's why this is in circuit court now. Circuit court is the higher court.
