As a big fan of the series I think it had some good moments and a couple of characters that made it worth watching. One new characters in particular probably makes my top 10 for the series. Overall, certain decisions were very dissapointing, and it's amazing how...SAFE it is, but I don't regret watching it.

Most people liked it for the first like 7-8 episodes of each.

It's not that it exists that is the problem, its the fact that it makes what was a good plot in DR2 worse by completely absolving the main cast of everything they did and making it all magically work out.
It retroactively makes DR2 worse. If it was kept to just the reserve students suicides it would have been infinitely better.

Also just in general it is a boring and lazy answer for Future.
