Essentially, I'm looking for a formula where

Column A = numbers
Column B = the percentage the number in column A is out of $167,000,000

So, for example, if I plunked in $1,670,000 into column A, "1%" would pop up in column B.

Any way to set such a formula?

=A1/167000000

Then drag it down. Change the category of the cells in the column to percentage

For column B have formula =A#/1670000 where # means some cell number then set format as a percentage.

Cell b1 should be

=a1/167000000

Copy/drag that formula down in column b. Be sure to set the formatting in column b to percentages
