It would probably help more if we actually did a good job teaching our students math. The US has the worst math scores compared to other countries and it's not surprise many tech companies want to bring in employees from other countries who have better math skills. A buddy took Intro to Women's Studies bug that was one of like 20 options that included an anthropology through film course.
