Yes No View Results 21 y/o Nicholas Ralston, a former University of Wisconsin-Madison student who was cleared of rape decided to use his COURT ROOM photo of himself as his ne TINDER PROFILE PIC!! He was expelled from the University in 2015 after the victim reported he initiated non-consenual ORAL SEX with her while she was sleeping with her boyfriend in his dorm room.. He was found not guilty of 3rd degree rape after a 2 day trial Photographer, Gina Heeb took that photo of him walking into the court room and tweeted on Sunday that he is now using that photo on his Tinder account which was "verified" She said "The trial outcome received a lot of backlash last week, so it's not surprising the news isn't sitting well with the public" He was acquitted after the defense claimed he only admitted to the assault because the victim "convinced" him it happened.
