It s a new school year and I have an 8th grader who is in her 2nd trimester in pregnancy. For high schools, they have a lot of support for pregnant girls, which make sense since about 20% end up with 1 or 2 pregnancies in our city. But for middle school, they don t have any programs.

Do they typically have support groups for pregnant pre teens?
Do most middle schools give time for moms to breastfeed? She REALLY wants to breastfeed!

They take her to doctors appointments and pay for everything. But, are mad that the schools may not give her time to bring the baby on campus to breastfeed, which they said the baby will need. The parents worked hard to make a crib and taking off days when baby is born.

Idk about groups but I saw teachers support her to continue education on the last day of school

lol. What I think they are saying is some girls are extremely developed for their age. Blame it on genetics, steroids in food, the devil for giving a young girl the power of seduction... whatever you wanna blame it on. The point is, it happens.

If their breasts are mostly developed, you're gonna notice them, like it or not.

Is it okay stare at them? No. Is okay to notice that they exist? It's not only okay, but it's inevitable.

Look, I love boobs, I find them wildly sexy. But 13 year olds are just too young to be found sexually attractive. I know the human mind can't help what it does find attractive but finding a girl who probably hasn't even had her first period yet sexy is just wrong and creepy.

I was fairly asexual when I was 13. I really didn't start noticing boobs until High School.

I'd be surprised if a 13 year old could breastfeed. Many flat and less endowed women have difficulty with it. From seeing a lot of girls I went to school with, yes, they had breast development at that age, but looked comparatively flat next to their adult size.

Hopefully she's not opposed to formula. A lot of women have it stuck in their brains that formula is poison.

Uh... I... uh....


On the topic of breastfeeding, sometimes it doesn't work out even for more... developed women, so that shouldn't be a problem.

On the topic of breastfeeding, sometimes it doesn't work out even for more... developed women, so that shouldn't be a problem.

True. Some women, regardless of breast size, won't lactacte/enough. The issue with smaller breasts is usually latching, I think.
