Reading on the issue, it's mainly caused by alcool abuse or gallstones. And I drink maybe 3 times a year. Most people recover from it with no problems.

She wants me to see a specialist as they aren't sure. So it could be nothing serious or something serious. Won't know until then.

my mum didn't tell her family (apart from me and my bro) that she had surgery until after it was done. and me and my bro didn't find out until afterwards as well

Sucks too because this is coming not too long after I was at my absolutely most fit point. It was about last year. I was starting to have a proper six-pack. Then a bunch of shit happened and that fell apart.
Not too far away from that now, it's not like I have a full gut again. Just gotta stay focused.

I technically have a plan, but any exercise enthusiast would look at said plan and say "This isn't a fucking plan." So make of that what you will. I'm not trying to get ripped, just slim down and tone up a bit. I was almost able to reach that point last year, and over a decently low amount of time, so I know it works despite how haphazard it is. Right now I'm 185-ish lbs, but mercifully a lot of that is muscle this time around, so I'm noticeably thinner than I was the last time I was that weight.

Used to do running but my current place doesn't have a treadmill, so I've been trying out HIIT stuff on an exercise bike. Even after the few sessions I've done, my thighs have gotten noticeably beefier. Which is nice.
