The reason why cases 4 and 5 have more videos was because he chopped them up into shorter segments.

Well, I'm not going to watch all of the videos again to make sure he's got them all there, but at the very least, the end of case 3 is in there. The rest I'm pretty sure are all there.

I'm really surprised they won that appeal because this absolutely does not fall under fair use as far as I can tell

I can confirm that, not only does it not fall under fair use, it is also explicitly banned by both US and international law; copyright holders have the specific right to forbid translations of their works. Which makes this turn of events confusing: did Capcom back down for PR reasons, or did Youtube screw up?
