I'd also say skip them all. With the added assumption that you'll never play a fraction of the games you buy anyway.

Have you played Dark Souls 1?

Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin is the "final"version of 2.

Although 2 is considered mediocre compared to one by a lot of people, it's still an excellent game that improves a lot of the mechanics on the first (While also being far worse in a few departments, mainly how intertwined the world is, also I don't really like Life Gems). Scholar of the First Sin also comes with the DLC areas from 2, which are some of the best areas in any Dark Souls game.

Dark Souls 2 because it's awesome

Metal Gear Solid because why not, it's still decent.

This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.
If you take 110% of what I say seriously then you're gonna have a bad time.

Only own it on PC, and my gamepad is old enough to make bits annoying. Can't block half the time for one.

Use that money to buy a 360 controller then. They're pretty cheap and hook up to PCs easily. I think mine was $15-25, and have used it for ~5 years now.

I was using my PS4 controller for a while, but PSTV takes it. PS3 takes my PS3 controller. I just don't have spares.

I have a good wireless 360 pad I'd be willing to use, but haven't found a decent receiver.

All of the bolded ones are pretty great. Judging by your list, our tastes align fairly well and I feel comfortable recommending those. Central Fiction is a well-rounded fighting game with tons of content, Tokyo Twilight is a great time if you just want a decent visual novel, Odin Sphere was a blast on PS2, but I have yet to find the remake for that sweet of a price and haven't bought it on PS4 yet, Crazy Taxi is just mindless fun and very good for replay, Yakuza 5 (and the series as a whole) is probably one of the best on the market today and they're all a pretty safe bet except for "Dead Souls", Dark Souls is an equally amazing series if you're up for a challenge and will suck hours out of your life, Deadly Premonition is basically a Japanese game version of Twin Peaks, and Verdict Day is the final AC game to come along and worthy of the investment as it's basically the Gran Turismo of mech games.

Dark Souls II: SotFS is great. Actually been playing that recently myself.

Salt & Sanctuary is amazing.

Hohokum is really weird and chill. Worth getting imo but it's not much of a game, which turns a lot of people off.

Entwined is not that great.
