This DUMBASS just randomly drove out of the nearby lane (going opposite our direction) and in front us, I don't fucking know trying to cross the streets or some stupid ass shit
That fucking bitch didn't even had her lights on!
luckily we hit the breaks and the car was literally INCHES in front of us! Fuck man, my baby brother was in that shit, never held on to him so tight

Almost been in plenty of car accidents. Most because of the other driver. Was once rear ended stopped at a red light by a woman. She still had dealer plates on it. Since then I would say I've prevented 5 people from hitting me.

When I was 8 that wasn't even a thing. Mid stage booster seats werent used. Once you were too big for the baby car seat you went into a regular seat. Shoot, back seats didn't even have shoulder harnesses either. Just lap belts.

Last week I almost got into two in the span of ten seconds in a Publix parking lot. I was driving down a lane and this idiot driver was cutting around cars and wasn't watching and almost cut me off so I had to blow my horn and he looked with a "what did I do??" look. I looked back with a "moron!" Expression, and turned back and saw another vehicle two spots ahead backing up. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid running into him.

so are you for assuming his family is stupid without knowing anything other than what was said in TC's original post. there are several reasons why a young child or baby (we don't know the brother's age, like you said) would be in a car without a car seat.

My older brother and parents always held me back whenever when needed to brake hard for some reason. Hell my mom did that last year and I'm 23 now. >.> I think it's just a reflex.

I remember one time I was riding in my sister's car, next to her kid in the car seat. A car jumped in front of us, and when it looked like we were about to collide I instinctively threw myself over the car seat (I wasn't wearing my seat belt at the time). Just putting that out there.
