The matches are set for the semifinals, and wouldn't you know it, Strife and I have a perfect excuse to knock out these pretenders next week! I might still be forced to enforce the ban, but I am sure the spirit of Apollo will rest upon us. Long may we reign and such.

Boko United was so fun on Ruin, I decided to bring them back for one night only again! It's time for exciting non-title action! ...Oh, XIII is banned from the arena? Man, that must really suck when your best friend is banned!

They took a tough loss to the Empire on Ruin, but more importantly, they both also were eliminated from title contention in singles action that same night! Do they perhaps have frustrations to vent on each other?

CPU claims not to have any particular love for SSW, and that he's trying to help UCA. I don't buy it, but maybe I'll feel better about it if he beats the snot out of one of those weirdos for me.

Tom seems to lack perspective. I will not insult you in such a way, because I gave you the opportuni ty to carry what you hold. It must feel nice. I should know. I have my own championship that suits me.

However, all the potential in the world doesn't outstrip proven mettle. I have four things you don't.

1. I spent a year advising the King. His Majesty earned everything, but through it all, I was their providing vital tactical support and guidance to His vision.

2. Hypervigilance

When XIII stepped aside, who took the mantle as scribe? Who watches UCA like a hawk and created the UCA Rewind as a means to steer our course? Me. I don't sleep. UCA has had its ups and downs, but I refuse to let it falter.

3. I have no remorse

To make the right decisions, people must have compassion to a degree, but when has doing the right thing led to continued success? Sometimes, you have to overwhelm and destroy. Carry the weight of derision, pain, and loss?

What's my secret? I'm always angry. No one has more rage, hate, and contempt inside them than me. I go where no one else will, a trait that allows me to both live with and spread fear. Hate can be beneficial, especially whrn you need to hurt others.

4. I have BEATEN David one on one

How did I become MoT? I called David out to prove taybles were my implements of destruction. Without that victory, I would not be here now, wearing this. If a prize for winning KOTB is facing the Undisputed Champion, it should go to s msn who knows how to best him without any excuses.

You're no pretender, but you're not me either. The only one that matters.

My apologies, it was foolish of me to overlook an opponent such as yourself. I was merely angered by Tom's words. However, allow me to retort:
1. Tactical advice to another means nothing in the ring, unless maybe it's a tag match. It's good for your prospects and image outside of it, but in a true 1 on 1 match, it makes no difference unless you're using those smarts to help yourself.

2. This is indeed admirable, as I'm sure it's made you quite tenacious in the ring, but don't get to thinking that anyone owes you anything just because you've gone to such lengths. You'll have to beat me on performance alone.

3. I guess this will be interesting then, because that's the opposite of my style. I don't believe compassion to be a weakness, I think that showing mercy every now and again can be good for your public image. Besides, how do you plan on using that "tactical advice" from earlier if you're so angry you can't think straight? Thanks for showing me one of your weaknesses. :)

4. Please, taybles is probably the most random casual match style there is. A sign post could beat david and you together at taybles. Get back to me when you have an actual win to hold over his head.

I'm sorry. Are you concerned more with your image or winning matches? Anger and hatred WOULD be a weakness if I was big, dumb, and stupid. Ask everyone here what I was like the last time I was champion, if you could call me that. Since then, I have done nothing but learn control: control over myself and the human body. I know more about how to manipulate the human mind and body to do what I want, when I want than you. I have spent years figuring out how to beat people left and right, whether it be by striking hard and fast, through slow, deliberate pain, use of all manner of weaponry, or simply choking them until they pass out. But since you're concerned with my "weakness," here's one of yours: a bad memory.

"You'll have to beat me on performance alone."

You think wins over David, Sultan, and others are all I've done since returning to action? Let's not forget that you ditched me at Lethal Lottery. You had a valid reason. You put family first. What happened after that? You fought me and lost! I drove your head into the ground and beat you down. You have beaten many great people in your rise. But I guess I can "hold a win over YOUR head!"

I'm sure a lot of these people like and respect the fact you put family first. But in this business, those people die fast. Everyone who tries to play nice eventually ends up becoming the villain, because they realize playing nice will get you killed. Your "image" will be that a bloodstain on the floor.

I did not ask to be King of the Board. I did not ask to be potentially tasked with Apollo's wrath. But unlike you, I know how UCA works: This evil, disgusting place with evil, disgusting people needs an evil, disgusting King to do what must be done.

Since you're still harboring a grudge for that little "incident" I'll just cut to the chase.

Yes, you are more experienced. Yes, you have a better resume, including a win over yours truly.

But your way isn't my way, and it never will be.

You can hold that win over my head, if you want, if that's what helps you get to sleep at night. But when I lose, I learn from it, and I learn how to win MY way. You say that you have to stop playing nice at some point and really turn evil in order to survive? You can think me naive all you want, but I'm a man of conviction, so I'm going to disagree with you.

What upsets you so, strife, about that tag match? Do you just hate losing that much, even when you, by my own admission, had no reasonable way to win a 2 on 1 like that? Or do you see me standing here in defiance of what you've become, and wistfully remember that's how you used to be? Does it upset you to see someone so full of determination, because they could accomplish what you apparently couldn't?

Either way, I am looking forward to this clash of our styles, so above all, let's make it a good match for the people, shall we?
