I took a good look at my wishlist today and realized I won't do any damage this sale, unless we see the return of killer deals (like 75% off 2015-2016 indies)

I gotta finish P5 and Nier before I commit to anything big. I'd like to try Axiom Verge, Hyper Light Drifter or Kero Blaster, but their sales are never steep enough.

Fire Pro Wrestling World should be out soon as well, which would take any time away from other Steam games. IIRC they're announcing a date tomorrow or Wednesday.

I don't think I've bought much from Steam since their Flash Deals ended. It's easier to control impulse buys when I have time to think about what I really want and not think, "oh man it's cheap for 2 more hours."

That said, I still have over 100 games backlogged.

for sure. and deals are better elsewhere. but each Steam sale is more profitable than the last, so we're likely not going back to the glory days.

Well I need to buy Nier:Automata eventually for the PS4.

But I'm hoping for Rise of the Tomb Raider, Batman Telltale, Cosmic Star Heroine, Firewatch, Trails SC/3rd, Fallout 4, Cross Code and Borderlands:TPS.

I'll likely only get a few of those and the rest over the winter though.
