The cop wrote the ticket for 85 for the simple fact that they had just gotten their new Chargers and he got to open it up just at least a little bit catching up to me. I was apparently going 63 in a 45, and he knocked it down to 60 to reduce the fine. Warning Speeding in construction zone? Warning. But the one time I go 85 on a 70 mile per hour fucking highway I have to pay. It's the fucking highway. My previous actions were worse. So two warnings and still you speed. It sounds like self inflicted stupidity finally caught up with you. There's years between each incident It doesn't matter. Most don't get off with a warning ever. It sounds like you needed this to possibly learn your lesson. Or not. It's in your court now, take it as you may. Cry racism or consider the fact that getting pulled over for speeding is going to catch up with you.
